Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Are your figures 100% authentic?
Yes. We only source products from official distributors and reputable manufacturers (such as Good Smile Company, Max Factory, Kotobukiya, and Bandai). Every figure includes the original manufacturer’s markings and, where applicable, official holograms or stickers of authenticity.

2. How do you handle shipping to ensure the box isn't damaged?
We are collectors too, so we know the box condition is vital. All figures are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy, oversized outer boxes with additional void-fill packaging to prevent movement during transit.

3. What is the difference between a "Scale Figure" and a "Prize Figure"?
  • Scale Figures: High-end, highly detailed statues (e.g., 1/7 or 1/8 scale) intended for display. They are usually more expensive and made in limited runs.
  • Prize Figures: More affordable figures originally intended for Japanese "crane games" or lotteries. While still authentic, they typically have simpler paint jobs and simpler bases.
4. Do you sell "Bootlegs" or "Chinese Versions"?
Absolutely not. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. If a listing says "Version," it refers to a specific regional release (like the North American or Japanese retail version), never a bootleg.

5. What is your return policy for "Blind Boxes"?
To maintain fairness, Blind Boxes (such as Trading Figures) cannot be returned once the outer foil or box has been opened. If the item is defective, please contact our support team with photos of the issue.

6. I see a small code on the bottom of my figure’s foot. What is that?
That is a production batch code. Manufacturers use these for quality control tracking. It is a standard feature on authentic PVC figures.
